The Ghana Initiative is preparing to send a new team of doctors, nurses and volunteers to the nation of Ghana in the spring. The next mission trip is scheduled for April 3-13, 2015. Our team will serve the people of Pokrom Nsaba, located about 35 miles north of the capital city of Accra. While in Pokrom Nsaba, team members will be providing FREE medical care to men, women and children from the region.
The team will also be offering Bible teaching to the children in the village at a Bible School. Our goal is to reach nearly 1000 people with medical care and several hundred children at the Bible School.
Of course, the Ghana Initiative is focused on spreading the Word of God to all who come for treatment and to learn. We are praying for many souls to be saved by the Grace of God!
We are specifically seeking volunteers to serve as teachers at the Bible School and to operate the triage center at our medical clinic. If you or someone you know might be interested in serving as a part of the Ghana Initiative team, please contact us ASAP so we can provide you with the information necessary for you to join us!
Please pray for God to open all of the doors necessary for us to travel to Ghana safely and to be received by the authorities in Ghana and in the local region where we will be serving. We ask that you pray for the safety of every member of our team and for the Power of the Holy Spirit to be released in and around Pokrom Nsaba, Ghana.
